Contexte
La Conférence Internationale sur la Sécurité en Afrique (ISCA), une organisation internationale non gouvernementale enregistrée au Rwanda, a tenu sa conférence inaugurale (ISCA 2025) à Kigali Convention Centre, du 19 au 20 mai 2025. Son Excellence Paul Kagame, Président de la République du Rwanda a honoré l’événement, qui a réuni des décideurs politiques, des chefs militaires et de sécurité, des diplomates et des partenaires internationaux. L’ISCA 2025 est la première conférence internationale sur la sécurité de ce type, focalisée sur l’Afrique par des Africains et des partenaires. La conférence a été marquée par des appels en faveur d’une appropriation africaine, du renforcement des institutions et de partenariats stratégiques pour la sécurité et le développement.
