Welcome to ISCA 2026
ISCA 2026 under the theme “Capability, Cooperation, and Collective Security,” will be held on 12–13 August 2026 at the Kigali Convention Centre in Kigali, Rwanda.
This high-level conference will provide a dedicated platform for dialogue, collaboration, research and knowledge exchange among African and global partners. It aims to harness practical solutions to Africa’s security challenges and shape global perceptions of the continent.
